Think of it like the body copy on adwords content - remember it doesn't work for Google anymore be creative you can even ad your phone number

Use primary keyword at front to do this, then complete with great ad copy as this will help google bring it up.

Remember
Around 18- 25 words..

Content text

This is the visible text that appears on the page. It must be optimized but equally important still retain sales message

Word Count: around 600

Frequency:
Frequency is how often a keyword appears on the page or in a specific area on the page. In general, the more times a keyword appears on the page, the more relevant it will be to that search.

We recommend a keyword frequency of between 6 to 18 for both the primary and secondary keywords. (Keywords meaning the whole key word phrase not just one word.) Primary words take precedence.

You may think between 6 – 17 is a wide range. This is because of an element known as keyword prominence. This has to do with where on the page your keyword is located. To simplify this, please use one of the three options below for the page content.

  1. Low word count
    6 – 9 Keywords

3 in the first 100 words
2-3 in the next 150 words
the rest in the remaining text

  2. Medium word count
    10 – 14 Keywords

3 in the first 100 words
4-6 in the next 200 words
the rest in the remaining text

  3. Large word count
    15 – 18 Keywords

3 in the first 100 words
5-9 in the next 250 words
the rest in the remaining text

Links
linked theme page and site keywords. Linking them two or three more times is even better. Indicate what words are to be linked and where they link to.

There are 4 types of links:

  1. Link to a point further down the page.

  2. Link to another page on the site.

  3. Link to another site within the Websites family of sites.

  4. Links to revelent content on autaorty sites

These can be combined so you can link to a particular point on another page of another site.

Ideally we recommend 4 – 8 links overall, with one of the keywords within at least 50% of the links.

Headers
These command more search engine relevance then normal text. Use these wherever possible and include your keywords within them. Headers that include keywords are important to achieving high search engine ranking.
