Optimization Every Month:
*Send monthly report email
*During the first week of each month check all web trend reports, email client with location and print front page of all reports for David
*Generate link popularity report log results on spreadsheet in each company's folder
*Enter optimization work into status report
*Every 3 months submit all sites to search engines

Send enrollment email (send contract is site is to be hosted by DDA)

Create folder and add to listing

Add client Information to contact list & hosting list

Set-up status report with username and password

Set-up monthly report (sites hosted by DDA)

Email David, Elizabeth, and Mick with new client contact/hosting information

Set-up site in Absolute FTP once FTP access is received or site is moved

Research search terms in Overture and create spreadsheet

Create key phrases from search term results and email to David & client

Create a word document of the sites old keywords and the new key phrases

Add new key phrases to all pages of website

Add/improve head titles on all pages

Email client location and username/password for status report

Add alt text to all pages (fast/inktomi submission option - clients pay for)
